How we Process your Personal Data

Which Personal Data do we process?

Prior to joining our service you provide us with information by completing one or more online forms to register an application and to create a profile. You will be requested to provide GreyZone Club with a username alias and email address which be processed accordingly.

Once registering you will define your own GreyZone Club profile user account (“Your User Account”).

As part of the Account creation process you are invited to provide us with your first name, a genuine and current photos of you, a description of yourself, what you are looking for and basic information about yourself.

The creation of Your User Account will place your profile submission on a waiting list for approval. Only once you are Approved as a member of GreyZone Club will your User Account will be visible for other members.

Upon Waiting List Pending Approval, we save the Personal Data you have provided us with Securely.

Should you choose to remove your profile submission from the waiting list and have us to delete your Personal Data – please send us an email via

How do we use your Personal Data?

We will not share, sell, or give away any of our users’ personal information to third parties unless one of the following circumstances applies:

  • We will only share your Profile Personal Data with other members, and only to the extent necessary to assess whether another member might be interesting for you.

Data on Your Account

Only if you are approved as a member of GreyZone Club, Your Account will be visible for other members via the Web Portal. Your first name will be the identity by which you are known on our dating platform. The description of yourself, your wishes concerning a partner and basic information about yourself (such as age, height, profession) will be accessible via Your Account.

Your login information

We will process and store your login information to verify your identity to access Your Account. In the event that you have forgotten your password, you may reset your password by visiting the login page and clicking “I forgot my password” and following the instructions to reset your password.

Your email address

We do not share your email address with third parties, and we will in particular never share your email address with other members.

We use your email address to:

  • keep you informed of your membership status;
  • notify you of new messages and other activity regarding Your Account;
  • contact you with regard to payments and subscription issues.

Your geolocation

We will share your current location to make it relevant to other members nearby.

Your date of birth

We will use your date of birth to calculate your age, which will be shown on Your Profile. We will also use your date of birth to show on Your Account when it is your birthday.

Photographs you upload

The pictures that you upload will be displayed to other members. Account pictures may also be included in email messages from GreyZone Club to other members, if GreyZone Club considers you to be a good match with that member.

Your rights

According to the GDPR you have the following rights in relation to your information, which you may exercise at any time in written form.

You have the right to:

  • Request access to your Personal Data and we will send you a copy of the Personal Data which we have processed about you;
  • Request us to correct, update or erase your Personal Data in our records. If you want to be “forgotten” – please contact us so we can assist you;
  • Request us to restrict any processing and you can object to any processing of your Personal Data
  • The right to data portability
  • If you delete your account or request that GreyZone Club delete your Personal Data, GreyZone Club may still retain certain information associated with your account for analytical purposes and record-keeping integrity, as well as to prevent fraud, collect any fees owed, enforce our terms and conditions, take actions we deem necessary to protect the integrity of our website or our users, or take other actions otherwise permitted by the General Data Protection Regulation.
