The Clove Club

The Clove Club presents before its guests a five-course tasting menu that has been designed using the often-overlooked ingredients available in Britain. Its emphasis draws mainly upon the simplicity of vegetables which are transformed into signature dishes from McHale such as the flamed Cornish mackerel and buttermilk fried chicken. With Scottish roots, some of the restaurant’s dishes take inspiration from the highlands like that of the Scottish teal, warm haggis buns, beetroot and blackcurrant.
